Total shipping cost will be automatically calculated during checkout.

Depending on the shipping destination country, import duties and taxes may incur. If this is the case, they will be payable by the customer at the time of delivery. 

Exchange & Return Policy

We gladly accept returns subject to the following conditions:

As each collection is in limited quantity, we can only accept returns if items are unworn, still tagged, returned within 30 days of delivery. Should you wish to return or exchange any items you just received, please inform us as soon as possible by sending a message on our Contact us page.

We cannot accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Kindly note, custom or personalised orders and jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged due to health/hygiene reasons.

Conditions for return and exchange: buyers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Receiving a refund: refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to place the order and will exclude the initial delivery cost. Please allow approximately 5-7 working days from the date that the return has been confirmed for the refund to be processed.
